Today we honor and elevate Beatrice Arthur - lady of TV and stage comedy to the Great Pantheon of Da Dominion.
Her sharp wit and wisom as Dorothy on the Golden Girls was veruy influenctial to me as a non-Jewish Black man. Her professional grace at many a comedy roast amidst statements like “I wouldn’t fuck you with Bea Arthur’s dick” and “Bea’s so old her vagina has mice” was a true inspiration. She was first celebrity to ever achieve grand-milf status, although Rose was the slut:
“Then came Maude,” the song went; but there won’t bcome another like Bea … but Sarah Silverman is on her way.
