Anything to bring up your Palestian killing skills, Krav Maga Man.

I’ll agree though. MMA really emphasizes the A over the second M, which is the main hollow theme of wrestling
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('162','Da Dominus','Anything to bring up your Palestian killing skills, Krav Maga Man. \r\n\r\nI’ll agree though.
The "Sports Entertainment" thing came about a while back in order to avoid regulation (read: steroid testing) in certain states. But it's an appropriate term anyway, as Pro Wrestling hasn't been real since about 1930 or so.

And I'm a big MMA fan - I started watching the first UFC in college.

As someone that's trained in a few different Martial Arts/Fighting Systems over the years, I started appreciating the art of MMA and integrating all of the different compulsory fighting styles - you need at least a functional knowledge of Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Freestyle Wrestling, and Jiu Jitsu - and the different styles that individual fighters can bring - proficiency in Judo, Pankration, Kenpo, etc can create a difficult style to defend against. At its best, it's thrilling, compelling stuff.

Plus, it's kind of cool to see a choke or joint lock applied in an MMA fight and know that I've applied the same techniques in training...
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('159','Marcel','The \"Sports Entertainment\" thing came about a while back in order to avoid regulation (read: steroid testing) in certain states.
